Hello, my name is Ashley. I am a native to the suburbs of Buffalo, NY but reluctantly traded in my snow shovel for palm tree’s in 2007 when I moved to Melbourne, Florida for college. I unfortunately left behind a wonderful loving and caring family who I miss dearly. While in Florida I met my husband Hiroshi who is from Caracas Venezuela. Hiroshi is half Japanese , half Venezuelan (so you can image what food I might be cooking). We now reside in Nashville, Tennessee after relocating for work.
Lately, I have been in a cooking rut and wanted to explore more recipes that goes beyond what I know how to cook. I always have loved cooking and traveling since I can remember and thought that this blog would be a wonderful way to incorporate my two passions. Therefore, with the help of Yahoo Translator and Hiroshi, I plan to tackle the many different cuisines from around the world. This is my first blog so please bare with me, but I hope to captivate your attention and explore the many hidden culinary treasures that this world has to offer.
